Airport light beacon is used to an airport where long range visual guidance is considered necessary; Or reduced visibility frequently, Or identification of the airport is difficult due to surrounding lights.
The light shall be located on airport or adjacent to the airport in an area of low ambient background lighting. It shall be located a place that it does not dazzle a pilot approaching to land.
It is working under based ICAO requirement.
